General Description
The purpose of this position is to provide office administrative support for Counseling Services (CS) and to assist with departmental events and programs.
2) Schedule appointments and meetings for CS professional staff and graduate assistants.3) Follow CS procedures in order to maintain confidentiality.
4) Assist CS professional staff with office and administrative tasks.5) Assist with departmental events and programs as necessary.
6) Assist CS director and professional staff with administrative tasks as assigned.7) Assist in keeping CS office space organized and clean.
8) Assist with other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities 1) Be self-directed and motivated.
2) Maintain behavior consistent with being a role model to the UM community.
3) Adhere to appropriate ethical and legal requirements concerning confidentiality and client care.
4) Interact with clients and the UM community in an effective way.
