Summary Maintains the ware washing and sanitation needs of kitchen work areas, food service equipment, utensils, cook-ware, and service-ware. Transports meal trays to patient care units, retrieves dirty meal trays from the units' dirty utility storage areas. Assists in the assembly of meal trays as needed.
