Job Description

The Operational Manager will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage and lead the team to ensure our guests have a memorable stay.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Coordinate all aspects of daily hotel operations, including guest room reservations, check-ins, check-outs, reservations for other departments, and inventory.
• Ensure all front desk staff are following company policies and procedures.
• Respond to all guest requests and questions in a timely manner.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned and ready for guests upon arrival.
• Ensure all areas of the hotel are up to code and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
