Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy shooting sports, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with viewing or selecting firearms & other related products
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience
Skills:
- Confidence & clear speaking skills
- Proven ability to sell products and close deals
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
