Our banking client is looking for Personal Banking Trainers to support their Kansas City locations. If you have at least 2 years of retail banking experience or a combination of retail banking and training experience, this could be the opportunity for you!

- $50 - $55K per year, plus incentives as much as $2750 per quarter!
- M-F, 8-5:30, Sat 9-12
- Great career growth opportunity
- Train new Personal Bankers at one of the two training locations in the KC area. Help mentor new staff learn key skills to help clients set up new accounts, loans, and complete transactions as necessary
- Train and coach new personal bankers via side by side training, learning modules, and virtual classroom environment
- 2 years of Personal Banker experience or 1 year retail sales banking experience plus 1 year retail bank training experience
- Professional communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
