• We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team and lead our retail store in the TRACY area.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The Store Manager will also be responsible for creating and_ implementing strategies to increase sales, developing promotional campaigns, and maintaining inventory levels._
• We are looking for a Self-motivated leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of employees.(Make sure they stay on task, and have the tools to be successful)
• Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory ( Cycle Counts, daily stock movement, adhering to proper LP procedures)
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
• Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Physically go out and maintain/build relationships with Customers
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profits.

Additional Qualifications Needed:

• Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record.
• At least 18 years of age
• Be able to lift up to 50lb
