The Greenville office of O'Neal, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers and designers for capital projects for chemical, industrial, and advanced manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S. This position requires a minimum of 10 years experience in structural engineering & design, with exposure to project engineering leadership. The Structural Engineering Manager will provide guidance and performance development for junior design staff, develop manhour estimates and budgets for precon/FEL efforts, and ensure that the team's drawings and models are issued in accordance with our quality standards and schedule expectations. Ability to work closely with clients, other engineering disciplines, and designers is essential. Active PE registration is required. Experience with STAAD or RISA, Navisworks, and working knowledge of REVIT is desired. Prior design experience with steel structures, building foundations, equipment foundations, pipe racks, and in-plant engineering is preferred. O'Neal focuses on complex industrial manufacturing and distribution projects throughout the U.S. Occasional travel to client or construction jobsites may be required.
