We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, and holistic experiences. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our web and app designs, leading design initiatives and mentoring junior designers.

We expect you to

• Have extensive experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms, with a strong portfolio of your work.
• Be proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and ideally Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Possess a strong understanding of typography, composition, color science, and current design trends.
• Be experienced in user research methods, usability testing, and translating data into design solutions.
• Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing.
• Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000-4500 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
