Category Manager - Indirect Spend

As Category Manager, you will be a part of an experienced Category Management team, where you will have full opportunity to make visible results within your own categories of Indirect spend.

Your responsibilities:

• Strategy - You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and executing the short- and long-term strategies for your assigned categories.
• Negotiation - As a good negotiator, you will have the commercial responsibility for all major negotiations within your assigned categories, supporting the organization in getting the best possible conditions.
• Spend overview and categorization - You will create and maintain an overview of the indirect spend categories assigned including a full mapping and understanding of all the relevant stakeholders.
• Best practice - You will support the organization with the best practice for supplier selection and negotiation to make sure all projects are carried out professionally.

Qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within indirect spend category management/ or proven results of similar responsibility.
• You can work closely and interact with individuals at various levels and from different cultures.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experienced negotiator with a proven track record.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are enthusiastic about delivering.
