Financial Accountant

Full-time or part-time position (minimum 20 hours/week)

Role Incentives:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and allocate day-to-day financial transactions within accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Monitor and execute payment cycles and related financial operations
• Support asset accounting activities and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Contribute to official reporting obligations to external authorities
• Manage and follow up on outstanding receivables and handle the dunning process independently
• Review and process employee travel and expense claims

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in business or finance; additional qualifications in financial or balance sheet accounting are a plus
• Several years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally in a company preparing financials under HGB standards
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and a structured approach to work
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Analytical mindset with a collaborative and discreet working style
• Good command of English and German, both written and spoken
• Enthusiasm for improving and streamlining financial processes
