The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution: Lead and manage the full deal cycle, from origination to closing, working closely with senior leadership.
- Deal Structuring: Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials, ensuring precision in investment decision-making.
- Due Diligence & Strategy: Oversee due diligence processes, providing critical insights into deal structuring and risk assessment.
- Client Engagement: Act as a key contact for institutional investors, corporate leaders, and financial sponsors, ensuring seamless deal execution.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior professionals, fostering a high-performance environment.
Your Profile
- Experience: Minimum two years in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, or strategy consulting, with exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure deals.
- Sector Expertise: Strong understanding of investment dynamics within energy transition, infrastructure assets, or sustainability-focused sectors.
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and strategic assessment capabilities.
- Communication & Execution: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to drive complex negotiations.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher).
