Location: Munich, Germany

Salary: Up to €52,000

Altius Talent is working with a midsized freight forwarder seeking an Airfreight Export Operator to join their Munich branch. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a tight-knit operational team of four, managing end-to-end air export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the full air export process from start to finish.
• Handling all export documentation, including AWBs, customs clearance, and compliance checks.
• Coordinating with airlines, shippers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipments.
• Managing customer inquiries and providing high-level service.
• Ensuring all shipments adhere to international trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German & English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in airfreight export operations within a freight forwarding environment.
• Strong understanding of export documentation and customs procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
