Senior Sales Manager (BeNeLux & France) to join us in shaping the future of sustainable mobility. You’ll work with industry-leading clients, consult at a C-level, and help drive the adoption of innovative, future-proof IoT solutions across Europe.
About The Role 💼🌍
As
Senior Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your region — leading both new business and key account activities in
BeNeLux and France. Your goal? Driving sales growth and revenue, building long-term client relationships, and closing complex deals that make an impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full sales cycle: from acquisition to key account growth
- Selling consultative, high-tech solutions to OEMs, fleet operators, and mobility providers
- Navigating long sales processes with C-level stakeholders
- Collaborating with Project and Product Management to ensure client success
- Achieving ambitious monthly and quarterly targets
- Representing Comodule on international business trips and trade events
About You👩💼🧑💼
You’re an analytical, structured professional with a passion for innovation. You thrive on ownership — and most importantly,
you love sales. You enjoy meeting customers face-to-face, traveling across markets, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Selling comes naturally to you, and you know how to drive results while building trust.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive, mobility, or tech industry
- A proven track record of exceeding targets and managing strategic accounts
- Strong communication skills and a natural drive to build relationships
- Language skills: Native Dutch or French, fluent English (extra languages = a bonus!)
- A self-starting, responsible mindset — with curiosity and hustle to match
