Your mission
Analysing customer requirements and creating specifications for adaptations or extensions of Microsoft D365 HR and/or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive)
Supporting our customers in the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive)
Providing technical and methodological advice to our customers on the creation of business processes and workflows to ensure full fulfilment of their business requirements
Conducting trainings and workshops on the use of Microsoft D365 HR or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive)
Collaborate with other members of the Dynamics 365 implementation teams
Your profile
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive), comparable HR management solutions in a consulting environment or experience in another Microsoft Dynamics 365 application
Alternatively, several years of practical experience in the field of human resources or as a key user in the implementation of an HR solution
Analytical skills, a high level of abstraction and a strong understanding of HR processes
Strong communication and presentation skills
IT affinity and technical understanding
Enjoy dealing with people, high customer orientation and fun working in a team
Very good German and good English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
Nice To Have
Experience with the Microsoft technology world (e.g. Power Platform, Dataverse)
