The Role

Join our dedicated Customer Success Management team as a Working Student in Munich, where you will gain hands-on experience in providing exceptional support to our valued customers. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling presentations, data sheets, and customer materials using MS Office tools to effectively communicate our solutions.
  • Support the team by preparing and following up on meetings with both internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Maintain and update data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
  • Conduct analyses and design visually engaging charts and graphs to present insights and trends to the team and clients.
  • Prepare and document content using Confluence wiki software, supporting knowledge sharing and documentation efforts.

Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time Master’s program.
  • Strong interest or initial experience in Customer Success, Product Marketing, or Product Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to create polished and impactful presentations.
  • A collaborative team player with a confident presence and strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with colleagues and customers alike.
