Job Posting for Team Lead Warranty (German speaking) at AUTODOC

Responsibilities
Respond Warranty direction (service excellence and operation issues)
Daily distribute tasks between employees
Monitor employees' check-ins/check-outs/overtimes
Monitor orders within their warranty period (being processed/sent)
Process and register conflicting requests
Manage employees' workloads and their performance
Timely update all necessary documents and work manuals
Assist employees of other departments in matters related to cross-functional processes
Train new employees and mentor the team.
Control budget
Onboard, mentor, and grow the careers of all team members
Provide coaching to improve the performance of team members and drive accountability
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of direct reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Expertise in customer care, metrics, and the company’s internal procedures
Knowledge of warranty processes and service operations, specifically according to German legislation
Experience in task distribution, workload management, and performance monitoring within a team.
Proficiency in tracking and managing orders within warranty periods.
Ability to process and resolve conflicting requests efficiently.
Experience in onboarding, mentoring, and coaching employees to enhance team performance.
Knowledge of budget control and cost management.
Strong documentation and process management skills, including updating manuals and work instructions.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to assist other departments.
1 years in-house would be a plus
Higher education or undergraduate level education
German: C2 or native, Russian: B2 are required; English: B2 nice to have
