Metallformenbauer (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Schwabmünchen. Diese Stelle findet Vollzeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb mit gelegentlicher Rufbereitschaft statt. Wir bieten Ihnen gerne Unterstützung bei Ihrem Umzug nach Schwabmünchen, um Ihnen den Start bei uns zu erleichtern.

Das Sollten Sie Mitbringen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallformenbauer oder in einem verwandten Berufsfeld
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung und Wartung von Spritzgießwerkzeugen
- Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Stapler- und Kranführerschein wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in Heißkanaltechnik, Hydraulik und Pneumatik sind ein Plus
- EDV-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Leistungsbereitschaft sowie eine strukturierte, saubere und sichere Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
Ihre Aufgaben
- Reparatur und Wartung von Spritzgießwerkzeugen
- Fehleranalyse und Bearbeitung von Fehlern
- Polierarbeiten an Werkzeugeinbauteilen mit Oberflächenprüfung am Stereomikroskop
- Umbau und Bereitstellung der Werkzeuge
- Verkabelung von Heißkanalsystemen
- Endmontage und aktive Mitgestaltung zur Verbesserung der Spritzgießwerkzeuge
- Lesen von CAD-Daten und Konstruktionszeichnungen
- Dokumentation der Arbeitsaufträge im Werkzeuglebenslauf
