Location: Berlin, hybrid model, significant EU travel required

Looking for someone who is already coming in with a good level of business partnering experience and strategic exposure, as you will need to advise on global changes, projects, local needs & local challenges. The main payroll/admin topics are managed by a central team but of course there may be times you need to be hands on with more grounded topics for the end to end people cycle as well as aligning global strategy to your regions.
Responsibility for all business units R&D.
This role requires a working knowlegde of Turkiye from the perspective of employees, culture, legislation, language.
