Architect & Concept Store Manager

We expect you to...

• head the Düsseldorf showroom and guarantee that both the training centre, the reception area and the corresponding apartment are ready for use by our customers, i.e. primarily (interior) architects, system integrators as well as our colleagues of the sales team.
• organise customer events in the showroom.
• contribute to the branding and help build the name awareness of Basalte in the Düsseldorf region (and beyond).
• support the sales team during events and training courses.
• take care of communications and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• prepare the scheduled visits by integrators and architects and be able to give them a tour of the premises.
• ensure the facility management of the showroom: maintenance and clean-up, refreshments during visits, infrastructure defects, ...
• manage the showroom schedule, handle reception and telephone duties, ...

• hold a bachelor’s degree in interior design or commercial sciences or equivalent through experience.
