AVP - Enterprise Risk Management (gn)

For our client, a leading global universal bank with its European headquarters in Frankfurt, we are currently looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager (gn).

Tasks:

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise risk management framework, including processes and components.
• Support preparation and execution of various risk management committees and reviews, such as the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and Transaction Approval Committee.
• Create and maintain risk reporting templates, prepare MI reports for governance structures, enhance and automate reporting, and coordinate with other risk teams.
• Source, analyze, and handle data to support quantitative elements of the enterprise risk management framework, and investigate unusual events with data analysis and commentary.
• Liaise with subject matter experts for quantitative and qualitative information, maintain risk documentation (policies and procedures), support project management, and monitor regulatory and legal developments for reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in enterprise risk management and regulatory processes
• Strong analytical skills for risk data handling and reporting.
• Ability to support and prepare for risk management committees and processes
• Detailed understanding of internal and external reporting of risk and capital
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Strong communication skills; Fluency in English is mandatory, German would be a plus
