Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Head of Investor Relations (IR) to join our leadership team. You will be responsible for building and leading 0-8 Capital’s investor relations function, cultivating deep relationships with institutional investors, family offices and strategic partners. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the heart of our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising efforts across private and institutional investors globally.
• Develop and execute the firm’s IR strategy, fundraising materials and LP communications.
• Manage ongoing LP relations: reporting, updates, compliance coordination and special requests.
• Organize and lead investor meetings, fund roadshows, LP events and quarterly webinars.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and CFO to ensure world-class LP experience.
• Monitor fundraising market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy.
• Support fund structuring discussions and contribute to capital formation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7 years experience in private equity, investment banking, fundraising, or capital markets.
• Demonstrated track record of raising capital from LPs or managing sophisticated investor relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills — confident, precise and persuasive.
• Highly organized, able to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in fast-paced, build-mode environments.
