IT Service Manager (m/f/d)
Your new area of responsibility
- Supporting our customers in their day-to-day business in all areas of IT requirements management, which you will actively help to shape and further develop
- Competent consulting for managed IT infrastructures and development of customized solutions and processes in close cooperation with our operations teams
- Support with the introduction of IT solutions and ensuring trouble-free operation by creating operating concepts and continuously maintaining master data in the central CMDB
- Conducting regular service review meetings with our customers
- Preparation of IT-specific offer documents and coordination for cost calculation directly with your colleagues
Your Qualifications
- Completed technical/university studies in the fields of business informatics, electrical engineering and information technology, computer science or a comparable IT education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT requirements or problem management
- Excellent communication skills, a high degree of service orientation and professional interaction with customers and service providers
- Strong analytical skills, very quick comprehension and an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000 or ITIL as well as the description of business processes is an advantage
