SharePoint Lead

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Lead to manage and enhance our SharePoint environment, ensuring smooth administration, development, and integration with other platforms. 

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in SharePoint On-Premise 2019, Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure DevOps, along with team lead skills. Excellent documentation and presentation abilities are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of SharePoint developers and administrators.
• Oversee SharePoint 2019 On-Premise administration and development.
• Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for business process automation.
• Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment.
• Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and training materials for users and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premise 2019 (Administration & Development).
• Strong expertise in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of Azure DevOps for version control and deployments.
• Team lead experience, mentoring, and guiding a team.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
