We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for professional services and solutions across various industries.
As a Sales Consultant, you will independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, while contributing to our sales team's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
Prospecting and Strategic Account Development: develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects for services and solutions.
Pipeline & Revenue Management: build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Consultative Selling: apply a consultative approach to understand client business challenges and articulate how our solutions deliver tangible value.
Contract Negotiations: independently lead complex negotiations, structuring deals that maximize value for both clients and our company.
Market Intelligence: monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting: provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to departmental planning and strategy.
Customer Success Management: develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: proactively identify and secure opportunities to expand client engagements through additional services and solutions.
Mentorship: provide guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team development.
Requirements.
Languages:
fluent in German and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
knowledge of French or Swedish is highly desirable
Experience:
5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in software/SaaS sales
proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
experience in prospecting
experience selling technical solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
knowledge of software market landscape and partner ecosystem is a plus
Technical Knowledge:
good understanding of software product development in different market segments (e.g. industrial, automotive, medical & life science, finance)
good understanding of software development life cycle
familiarity with software quality, security solutions, and|or version control system
Skills:
exceptional communication and presentation skills across different organizational levels
strong negotiation abilities and commercial acumen
advanced proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
adept at analyzing client needs and tailoring solutions to address specific business challenges
ability to define tailored value proposition for Customers
