WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- You are the first point of contact for our clients when our platform does not behave as expected.
- You create trust and troubleshoot issues until a resolution is delivered.
- You collaborate with Product & Engineering teams when bugs or feature requests fall outside your scope, advocating for customers internally.
- You identify manual and repetitive tasks, introducing new processes, documentation, and automation to enhance customer experience.
- You have German (B2 ) skills and can confidently handle client calls.
- You have English (B1/2 ) skills and can communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- You can navigate and master complex product suites.
- You have B2B experience and can support business clients.
- You are proficient in Salesforce, SQL, Python, Bash, or IT networking.
- You will challenge the status quo, optimize processes, and automate low-value tasks.
