💼 About The Role

As a Founders Associate, you will take ownership of one of our most important Go-To-Market (GTM) growth channels by enabling and executing revenue-driving conference participations, partner event cooperations, and online webinars. You will have direct touchpoints with the GTM leadership team working together with our Co-founder & CRO, CMO and Head of RevOps. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, takes initiative, and can make things happen even in ambiguous environments.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

Lead & Execute In-Person Conference Strategy

• Source, evaluate, and plan 4–6 high-impact conferences per quarter
• Oversee end-to-end execution and activate cross-functional teams
• Build a customer engagement strategy
• Develop and track a framework for post-conference ROI analysis
  
  

Lead & Execute Partner Event Collaborations

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Partnerships, and external partners to initiate and realize event-based cooperations
• Plan and coordinate partner-led event initiatives
• Own logistics and ensure smooth on-site execution
  
  

Design & Run Scalable Webinar Strategy

• Build a repeatable, high-impact webinar framework
• Host at least one digital webinar per month
• Measure success and optimize for better outcomes
  
  

Special Projects (Ad-Hoc & Strategic Initiatives)

• Design and Execute High-Impact Executive Engagement Events
• Create and refine sales templates (e.g. slide decks for outreach)
  
  

😊 About You

• Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a top-tier university or similar.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience within a top consulting firm or 1-2 years of proven track record in a similar position at a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Highly advanced problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on approach to get things done
• Excellent skills in communication, structured working, decision-making as well as analytical thinking.
• Willingness to wear several hats simultaneously and to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and German is a must
