Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Challenging and advising companies on the implementation and application of new accounting standards and the accounting for new products and structured transactions;
• Providing support with consolidation challenges;
• Conducting reviews of accounting principles and financial statements;
• Drafting and preparing annual financial statements for our clients according to various GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles);
• Compiling financial and non-financial information from companies in accordance with specific legal requirements, including for complex structures.
• Due to the versatility of the work, you will frequently collaborate with other professionals from tax, corporate finance, risk, and consulting areas.
