Information Security Officer (m/f/d)

Your role

• Work closely with the CTO and Head of Security to implement and maintain security policies
• Manage and maintain security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, AI Act, and other industry regulations
• Handle customer security requests, questions, and forms
• Oversee access rights management, onboarding, and offboarding security processes
• Collaborate with sales, HR, and tech teams to align security and compliance efforts
  
  

Your profile

• 3-5 years of experience in security/compliance roles within a scale-up or Series A environment
• Technical/engineering background required – understanding of security concepts, architectures, and integrations
• Deep understanding of security frameworks and experience advancing and maintaining security certifications including ISO 27001:2022, NIS2, SOC2, GDPR, and AI Act
• Hands-on experience in compliance management, risk assessments, and audits
• Familiarity with rights management, onboarding, and offboarding security processes
