Make an Impact by:

• Support business line managers and team leads with operational tasks and ongoing projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and project success
• Design engaging, professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and follow up on key deliverables
• Establish and manage governance structures to support efficient decision-making
• Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, manage timekeeping, and track follow-up actions
• Maintain and update Confluence pages to ensure organized and accessible information
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track tasks and ensure timely project execution
• Coordinate with stakeholders including OEM’s such as : BMW , Mercedes, Nene, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, Kia ,Smart, MG, Polestar and Volvo

Your profile:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. C1 in English or/and German required
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially in PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the automotive and electromobility industry is a plus
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
