Technical Publications Specialist

Job description:

We are currently looking for Technical Author/Illustrator in Germany.

• Authoring and Creation of Technical Documents by Assisting in the development and Component maintenance manuals (CMMs), Illustrated parts list(IPLs), Temporary Component maintenance manuals (TRCMMs), Work Instructions (WIs), Operations manuals (OMs) etc, and other technical documents related to aerospace Interior and Seatings Systems.
• Support the review and revision of existing documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with technical specifications, and adherence to industry standards.
• Work closely with engineers and technical teams to gather necessary technical data for the creation of manuals and documentation.
• Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and precision.
• Excellent understanding of ATA iSpec 2200 and S1000D standards.
• Knowledge of ATA25 would be an added advantage
• Should be able to understand and use ASD-STE
• Analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings and reports
• Align content with FAA, EASA, and other international aviation authority requirements.

Qualification and others

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.
• A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Mandatory Skills:

• Aerospace Interiors & Seating is required.
• 9-12 Years relevant experience is mandatory.
