• Create and manage content: You will independently prepare content for internal communications (e.g., intranet articles, audiovisuals, presentations), analyze content performance for improvement, and support external communications (e.g., LinkedIn, website)
• Simplify complex topics: With support from our subject-matter experts, you will break down and simplify complex ideas and concepts for a broad audience and create compelling Success Stories
• Bring in your ideas: You will be able to contribute your own impulses, e.g., when developing and implementing a new communication roadmap
• Coordinate communications: You will plan and align communication measures with respective stakeholders within the E.ON Group
• Maintain internal platforms: You will further develop and maintain our intranet page
  
  
  

A convincing Backgroud

• Relevant studies: You are studying Communication, Journalism, Marketing & Design, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a similar field
• First writing experience: You have gathered first practical experience in writing short articles for online publication
• Passion for clarity: You have a passion for breaking down complex ideas and concepts into easy-to-understand articles
• Independent work style: You work proactively and independently, and have strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills: You have a high level of communication skills and eloquence in German and English
• Tech-savvy profile: A confident handling of the common MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, completes your profile. Image and video editing programs as well as experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) are an additional plus
