Working Student Event Management (m/f/d) - International

We are looking for an internationally minded Working Student (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week in our Event & Experience Marketing team. Are you passionate about events and eager to be involved from the very first kick-off to the final wrap-up? Do you enjoy planning and organizing trade shows and events while supporting the team during the event itself? Then you are exactly right for us! • Events: You will be involved in the organization, planning, and execution of various international events, with a particular focus on participant and logistics handling
• Coordination: You coordinate both external agencies and service providers as well as internal departments
• Research: You are able to independently and conscientiously conduct research tasks.
• Organization: You always keep an eye on the current status of planning for your tasks and manage time efficiently
• Storage Management: You coordinate and manage the event storage and handle all necessary orders
  
  

Your fitness level

• Qualification: You are pursuing a degree with a focus on Marketing, Event Management or a related field
• Skills: You are a creative, flexible and dedicated team player and have strong organizational skills
• Mobility: You are excited about occasional travel to support our events onsite
• Mindset: You are proactive, with a willingness to learn and to take new challenges
• Communication: You have excellent written and spoken English & German skills; other languages are an advantage
• Tools: You are proficient in using Canva, Google Drive and/or MS Office
