🎯 Your Mission
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Driving new business opportunities,
- Managing the full sales cycle,
- Strengthening client relationships,
- Supporting our long-term commercial expansion across Europe.
You’ll collaborate closely with our pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution and excellent client service.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
🚀 Sales Strategy & Execution
- Identify and pursue new business in the energy trading, renewables, and energy services sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, using our CRM (Hubspot).
- Develop tailored proposals with the support of pre-sales and product teams.
🤝 Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with prospects and clients.
- Understand client challenges and position our SaaS solutions accordingly.
📊 Market & Sales Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
- Represent Energy One at industry events and conferences.
📈 Performance Tracking
- Maintain your sales pipeline and forecasting via CRM.
- Share insights and results regularly to improve our commercial strategy.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in energy or a related field.
- Proven track record of hitting targets in competitive B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of energy markets or trading mechanisms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related (Master’s a bonus).
- Proficient with CRM tools like Hubspot.
- Fluent in English and German (French or Dutch is a plus).
