Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

EPAM is looking for a dynamic, creative and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA team in Berlin.

As part of a globally connected marketing organization, you will support brand building, business development and industry engagement initiatives with a strong focus on client-centric strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams in Germany, DACH and the broader EMEA region, you will help drive brand awareness and demand generation within the German market.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to define marketing priorities and execute quarterly marketing plans
• Work with key stakeholders to develop, position and launch new offerings
• Plan and activate integrated marketing campaigns that generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
• Track, measure and optimize campaign performance ensuring MQLs are effectively nurtured through the sales funnel
• Identify and leverage the most effective marketing channels (events, digital campaigns, analyst relations, social media, sales enablement tools)
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate EPAM
• Support the development of compelling sales kits and marketing collateral to drive account growth
• Coordinate and execute marketing events from planning through to post-event follow-up
• Assist in the creation and promotion of client case studies and success stories
  
  
  

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in marketing, field marketing or demand generation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and regions
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with marketing tools for campaign tracking, automation or analytics, or a strong willingness to learn
• Proactive, adaptable and resourceful — you’re not afraid to take initiative and navigate ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field (preferred)
• German and English language skills are required for this role
