This is a unique career opportunity for an internationally minded HR Business Partner:
Join our HR team with a special focus on one of the engines of our success story – our growing IT teams. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy providing HR services to staff, managers and top management as HR Senior Business Partner. You know how to handle the daily operational work as much as you like dealing with the bigger picture, e.g. defining staffing needs, supporting organizational change, or optimizing HR processes.
You work closely with the HR specialists in our team (Recruiting, Learning, Controlling, Comp & Ben, Admin & Payroll) and provide important support in all these areas.
We do not expect you to be perfectly experienced in every facet of the HR value chain. What we count on is your “hands on” approach to the Business Partner role, your interest to be part of a highly collaborative HR team and your customer orientation.
