Do you have a strong interest in quality management and enjoy hands-on roles? Do you like being on site and enjoy interacting with engineers to drive continuous improvement? Become part of our team and take on the role of Senior Expert, QA/QC (m/f/d) in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. In this role, you’ll ensure our engineering services meet customer requirements and international standards, actively contributing to the optimization of our quality processes for large construction projects.
Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- (Further) development of a quality strategy and the implementation of quality methods and processes in relation to construction quality on site.
- Promoting quality awareness and awareness of guidelines and customer requirements in all Exyte projects
- Improving the quality of our engineering services through close interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and customers
- Participating in project meetings on site to ensure that technical quality requirements are understood and taken into account
- Creating KPIs and analyzing KPI trends and deriving recommendations for action to prevent errors / improve processes
- Conduct root cause analysis on site in the event of non conformances
Show Your Expertise
- Degree in engineering, economics with a focus on quality management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance / quality control, ideally in EPC / EPCM projects
- Auditor qualification according to ISO9001:2015 is an advantage
- Experience in the implementation of quality management systems
- Very good written and spoken English and good knowledge of German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel on project site
- Previous Experience Field Quality / Engineering
- Very good communication skills and a convincing appearance towards all levels
- Experience in the construction site environment and motivation in hands-on solving challenge
