We are looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream projects within the financial technology sector. In this role, you'll oversee end-to-end delivery, from design and configuration to testing, training, and handover, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, preferably within financial services, and thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments. Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the implementation process across products and services, including requirements clarification and design, configuration, data migration, system integration, testing, and training
• Managing multiple workstreams by identifying tasks, dependencies, and resource/time estimates, while providing regular status updates
• Coordinating smooth transitions from presales to onboarding, and from onboarding to operational handover
• Leading workshops to gather and refine business requirements
• Contributing to the development and documentation of global best practices for implementation projects in collaboration with the Global PMO
• Creating and maintaining essential project documentation, including project plans, reports, RAID logs, and change requests
• Monitoring client feedback and ensuring timely reporting
• Proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Motivating the project team and promoting continuous improvement

Requirements

• We're looking for someone who is excited about the responsibilities outlined above and eager to contribute meaningfully. You should be confident in several of the areas below and ready to quickly build expertise in the others:
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stream projects
• Certification in PMI, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management framework
• Background in Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services is highly desirable
• Experience with implementation-focused projects in the Financial Technology space is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
• Availability to work from the office twice a week
