Fujifilm Healthcare Europe is looking for a
Product Supply Coordinator to join the team based in Ratingen.
The job holder will be responsible for providing administrative sales support and coordination between sales department and customer. Ensure smooth coordination and order processing flow from to customer/entity, collecting and inputting orders, processing of orders, liaising with the account department in connection with invoicing procedures and also with the warehouse for dispatch to customer, procurement from Japan, US and third party suppliers.
Embedded In The Headquarter Of FUJIFILM Healthcare And The Product Supply Operation Team, The Key Tasks And Focus Of This Position Is
- Processing of orders and stock transfer requests
- Master data and price maintenance
- Customer database maintenance
- Coordination between sales, supply chain and warehouse operation teams
- Transfer and Selling Price Maintenance
- Handling import and Export of goods
- Correspondence with customers and logistic service providers
Required Skills, Experiences And Qualifications
>3 years of experience on SAP
Basic understanding of supply chain operation
Knowledge on Sales Force is a plus
German, English in negotiation skills are mandatory
Ability to work independently in identifying and resolving issues, concerns, and problems
Troubleshooting and analytical skills
Data accuracy
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (such as, teams, outlook, excel or share point)
Very Strong Customer service orientation
Ability to engage, build and maintain business relationships
Good team player, enhancing of cross team cooperation
Good listener
