Customer Success Manager

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team and help our customers fully realize the value of company's products. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, ensuring product adoption, and contributing to our customer retention goals.

You must be experienced in :

• Experience in Post- sales account management, subscription based solutions,
• Design workflows and digital trends.
• Fluency in German language
