Aufgaben
Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe und Erstellung neuer Produktionsabläufe für Maschinen, Prozesse und Materialien
Verkürzung der Produktionszeiten und Erhöhung des Durchsatzes
Leitung der Sammlung und eigene Zeiterfassung
Optimierung & Beteiligung an der Serieneinführung neuer Produkte
Federführende Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Wartung produktionsbezogener ERP-Systeme
Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich des (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesens
Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Verbesserungs- oder Lean-Projekten
SixSigma Black Belt wünschenswert
Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit Hands-on-Mentalität, enge Anbindung an die Produktion
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
MTM- oder REFA-Erfahrung

Objectives
Supporting the Head of Production in day-to-day operations through planning, directing and coordinating tasks that optimize production processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Tasks
Optimize existing workflows and create new production workflows for machines, processes and materials
Reduce production times and increase throughput
Lead the collection of and own time recordings
Optimization & participation in the series launch of new products
Lead support for production related ERP system implementation & maintenance
Profile
Successfully completed studies in the field of (industrial) engineering
At least five years of professional experience in managing improvement or lean projects
SixSigma Black Belt desirable
Written and spoken English
Experienced with MS Office and ERP systems
Structured, independent way of working and team player Hands-on mentality, close connection to production
Written and spoken German
MTM or REFA experience
Advantageous Are
Knowledge of factory planning software
