[DACH MAG] Operations Excellence Engineer

Your Role

For our production site in Barleben near Magdeburg, we are looking for an Operations Excellence Engineer (m/f/d/x) who will analyze, optimize, and drive innovative solutions for our processes. Become a part of HelloFresh and help us continuously improve our operations – efficiently, sustainably, and data-driven.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and independently support Yellow and Green Belt projects in production to sustainably improve key operational KPIs.
• Take responsibility for change initiatives – from implementing new processes, technologies, or systems to successful integration across the organization.
• Plan, manage, and accompany Operational Excellence projects, including implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Share your knowledge: Conduct trainings and coaching to teach methods and tools for process optimization.
• Document best practices, process improvements, and lessons learned, and report regularly to management on progress and achievements.
• Set clear standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement based on "Standard Work" and best practices.
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in improvement projects.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, or SQL.
• Strong prioritization and analytical thinking skills.
• A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally, including with management.
• Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.
• Problem-solver with quick decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
