Für den Bereich "Financial Policies" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Studenten für die Erstellung einer Masterarbeit (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm.

Der Organisation Finance Policies obliegt die Sicherstellung der Finance Governance Funktion der HENSOLDT Gruppe. Die Organisation umfasst hierzu als Grundsatzabteilung die Bereiche Technical Accounting sowie Finance Process & Participation Management, über die sie einheitliche Prozesse und Richtlinien für die Finanzberichterstattung verantwortet.

Insbesondere das Finance Process Management begleitet den Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprozess der HENSOLDT Finance Funktion.

Your Tasks

• Independent analysis & evaluation of various AI applications with regard to make-or-buy for monthly forecasting
• Interviews with various stakeholders to define the requirements
• Support in the development of a predictive forecasting framework for the HENSOLDT finance organization
• Collaboration with the different departments from Finance, Digital Office and IT to embed innovative AI applications
• Presentation of the results
  
  

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in economics, business informatics, business mathematics, data science or a comparable degree program
• Strong interest in digitalization and AI applications in finance, especially in controlling
• Experience through internships in the finance department of a company and / or in auditing / consulting advantageous
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems independently
