Your future team

You will be part of an international team with people from Denmark, Spain, Germany, Italy, USA and Portugal. With such diverse backgrounds, we love talking about food, cultures and of course, we take travelling very seriously, including our annual workation week. This team is led by Andreas, who has over a decade of experience in the field of digital marketing, and you’re going to work closely with Rasmus, one of Holidu’s Co-Founders.

Your role in this journey

You will work within our Performance Marketing team in order to drive the Holidu business and continually grow revenues and profitability. Your tasks span across all areas of Online Marketing:

• Structure and lead large-scale Search Engine Advertising campaigns (Google & Microsoft Ads) across multiple European markets.
• Optimize bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA) for Guest Acquisition or Host Lead Gen, ensuring efficient growth.
• Provide in-depth data analysis to optimize SEA campaign performance using advanced Looker Dashboards.
• Run high-impact A/B tests and continuously improve channel performance across large budgets.
• Build and iterate on AI-powered, scalable workflows (e.g., content automation, anomaly detection) with MarTech or BI to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Your backpack is filled with

• Studies in business, marketing, computer science or related.
• A sharp, analytical mindset with a love for data and continuous improvement.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a big plus).
• Confidence working with complex data sets and building advanced Looker dashboards.
• Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Sheets / Excel.
• Experience in programming, data languages or statistics is a big plus.
• Fluent English, any additional language is a plus.
