We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical R&D Manager (f/m/d) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead research and development initiatives, driving technical advancements in the textile industry. What you can expect:

• Raw Material Price Optimization: Consolidate, cross-check, and benchmark prices.
• Price Negotiations: Execute negotiations with strategic Tier-2 vendors based on production order quantities, ensuring alignment with TPD and Creative stakeholders.
• Raw Material Consumption Optimization: Collaborate with PD, MEX, and QPM to optimize consumption.
• Innovation and Competency: Partner with Creative R&D teams to integrate innovation and competency into the vendor rating system.
• Support Tier-2 Sourcing Strategy: Work collaboratively with Business Owners, Business Leads, and Creative R&D teams.
• Streamline Vendor Base: Focus on high-performing, strategic partners to enhance vendor setup with Creative R&D teams.
  
  
  

Your profile:

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar field, demonstrating expertise in technical R&D management.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on textiles or a comparable field.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of textile industry trends, innovations, and technical processes.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive R&D initiatives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to effectively collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
