We are working with a leading client in the consumer electronics industry to find a highly skilled Verification Lead. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of digital verification for mixed-signal ASICs, contributing to the next generation of sensing solutions used in smartphones, wearables, and immersive technologies.

As Verification Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced verification strategies to ensure success for complex IC designs. You will collaborate with global teams, engage directly with customers, and play a pivotal role in refining verification methodologies across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, development, and execution of functional and formal verification activities.
• Develop comprehensive verification plans and testbenches using UVM and other methodologies.
• Lead and mentor junior verification engineers.
• Use tools and languages such as Specman e and SystemVerilog to support verification goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital and mixed-signal verification.
• Experience in technical leadership.
• Expertise in UVM, formal verification, coverage-driven verification, and top-level verification strategies.
• Proficiency in English; German is advantageous but not essential.
