Health And Safety Officer

Due to intensive growth, we are glad to invite a Health & Safety Officer, based in Germany, and keep our operations compliant with Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

• 3 years proven experience in a health and safety role in Germany.
• Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and standard.
• Professional certification (SiFa, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA etc.)
• High Voltage Safety Trainings (e.g., BS EN 50110, OSHA 1910 Subpart S, or local equivalent)
• Experience in developing H&S processes and its' implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ISO Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701
• Strong coordination skills and stress resilience especially in emergency cases

Will be a plus:

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update occupational health and safety (OHS) policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to recommend and monitor corrective actions.
• Organize and execute safety training and awareness programs for staff at all levels.
• Lead or support investigations of accidents, incidents, near-misses and report results.
• Act as the primary point of contact for health and safety matters.
• Coordinate occupational health surveillance audit
