What you'll do

• Optimize digital product value and manage the backlog efficiently, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Translate complex user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria using your industry expertise
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Business Owners, to ensure product features meet business objectives
• Engage with cross-functional global teams to refine product requirements and align features with business demands
• Develop and communicate detailed product feature specifications and performance metrics to drive strategic outcomes
  
  
  

Who you are

• With a solid background in product management and agile development, adept at aligning products with user and customer-focused outcomes
• Skilled in managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams through advanced teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proficient in advanced data analysis, making informed decisions that shape product strategy toward success
• Deeply engaged in creating digital solutions within the construction industry, using strategic roadmap development to drive innovation
• Constantly staying updated on industry trends, capable of translating pain points into solutions with a foundational understanding of software development
