We are looking for a professional with consolidated experience developing business in the IT services and technology industry. With deep knowledge in the IT environment, he/she has leadership capacity, analysis and organization capacity, team working, an active listener, and is willing to keep growing.


If you become part of our team, you will:


  • Gain potential clients, working closely with the Business Unit Director.
  • Focus on developing new business.
  • Manage an assigned key client's portfolio.
  • Define and identify technical needs of our clients.
  • Lead projects and provide support to the Project Managers
  • Work cooperatively with different departments, business development, operations, and PMO in the Knowmad Mood group, when setting up technical and commercial proposals to our clients.
  • Manage orders, production and provide support in the invoicing process.


To join our team, we expect from you:


  • A sales background in the IT industry, an engineering degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the Sales / Business Development area of an IT services and technology company.
  • Knowledge and proven experience in defining commercial strategy, key account management, client acquisition and offer setting up a pipeline.
  • To be able to sell Consultancy Services into Clients with knowledge of License reselling
  • To have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • 3 Years of Atlassian Sales Experience OR 5 Years of IT Services Sales Experience
  • German oral and writing (native or C2 level) and English (min C1 level)
