My client is looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a dynamic client portfolio, delivering on business targets and securing new opportunities across TFS, DCC, and GR Media products. Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts.
Secure new business in line with assigned targets.
Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals.
Protect and retain key accounts against competitors.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of market and business trends.
Deliver on all client contractual obligations.
Net Commission (TFS & DCC, including new business).
Hit Rate / Refund Ratio.
Marketing-driven Sales Conversion.
Language Skills: Very good German and good English (spoken and written).
Experience: 2 years in business account management or similar roles.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Tech Savvy: Confident using MS Office tools and working in tech-supported environments.
Personality: Goal-oriented, proactive, and independently driven.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
Work Style: Able to manage priorities, work across time zones, and thrive in a matrix organization.
