Our telecoms client based in Dusseldorf, Germany is looking for experienced Mobile Network Rollout Project Managers to lead and manage vendors on Mobile Network Telecom rollout infrastructure projects. These are contract/freelance positions.
Successful candidates will be required to work in a hybrid setting with 2 days per week on site in Dusseldorf and the rest is remote.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
o PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience:
o minimum 5 years of experience managing ICT/Telecom Mobile Network rollout projects . (European and ideally German projects)
o Proven track record in delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
o Strong understanding of Mobile Telecom infrastructure, including RAN and Core.
o Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
o Define the rollout plans, timelines, and milestones for telecom infrastructure deployment.
o Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
o Monitor and control project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Stakeholder Coordination:
o Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure smooth project delivery.
o Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations. Risk Management:
o Identify and report potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
o Troubleshoot issues and solve those o Technical Oversight:
o Oversee the deployment of elements on the rollout, hardware, software, and acceptance of the delivery.
o Ensure compliance with technical standards, data security, and company policies.
o Technical Guidelines verification and respective project compliance and broadcast them to other stakeholders
Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain detailed and punctual project documentation, including status reports, technical guides, and risk logs.
o Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project status and performance.
